1 gallon bottle of Concrete Sealer X-5 manufactured by Stone Technologies Corp. Concrete Sealer X-5 produces a low gloss or satin finish that enhances protects the appearance of all types of interior exterior decorative, stained and stamped concrete pavers, brick, mortar, masonry, concrete structures and aggregate driveways. Concrete Sealer X-5 is a special non-yellowing, UV resistant acrylic copolymer blend which protects the surface of the concrete making it repellant water, freezing temperatures, rain, sun, pollution also stain resistant. This product is a VOC Compliant, low odor water based combination of a sealer plus an enhancer. It can also be used as a cure seal 24 hours after the concrete is poured as long as the concrete is damp not wet. Concrete Sealer X-5 can be used on all types of concrete make it dustproof. It is particularly effective on exposed aggregate surfaces reduce wear eliminate the problem of loose pebbles. The surface of the concrete must be properly prepared and we do not recommend application of the densifiers prior its use. Concrete Sealer X-5 is a DIY type product which is easy apply using a brush, medium nap roller or an airless sprayer at any temperature between 40 80°F. The surface be treated does not need any special treatment but it must be oil, paint, adhesive and dust free allow proper adhesion of the product. This coating must be applied well prepared concrete we do not recommend using the densifiers prior application. You should check your concrete before applying this product make sure it absorbs drops of water within a few seconds, if it beads up then use Eco Concrete Etcher prior applying this product. It will cover approximately 250 400 sq. ft. per gallon per application depending on the concretes' porosity two coats are recommended 4 6 hours apart. The product should be applied in two thin coats not a single thicker coat. Typically a 5 gallon pail will seal a maximum of 1,000 sq. ft. of poured concrete using the two required applications(2,000 sq. ft. total) but this coverage can be lower depending on the porosity application method.  If you are applying this product a smooth surface you want add slip resistance the sealer we recommend that you add 1 2 packets of Stone Grip to each 5 gallon pail of sealer. If Stone Grip is added the sealer we do not recommend spraying.
